Terry Sandell
Terry Sandell is Director, Cultural Futures and currently Team Leader of EU-funded project ‘Cultural and Creative Industries Cooperation and Innovation in the Northern Dimension Countries’. His work is normally focussed on the Eastern Partnership countries and the Russian Federation. He set up British Council operations in Russia and became its first Director. He was for 10 years Director of an international arts and cultural agency based in London.
