Sucess Factors for Cross Innovation Processes
The Cross Innovation Hub is a learning project. We explore the promotion of cross-sector innovation, primarily from an early stage onwards, with our ongoing new offers, ranging from one-day workshops, think tanks, world cafés, pop-up offices to long-term labs. All of our programs set a focus on cross-sectoral challenges and interdisciplinary practice in Open and Cross Innovation processes. We facilitate and encourage open, creative and constructive networking, exchange, sparring and cooperation beyond industries and disciplines, consciously involving students, freelancers, employees, and leaders beyond function and hierarchy.
Within our framework of curated modular offers we lead the way to successful business solutions, may it be minimum viable practices or products, prototypes, or concepts. Apart from solutions for businesses in the field of product, process, service innovation or the development of new business models, we try to inspire a mindset change and direct our formats towards wider societal challenges such as urban development or climate neutrality. Our understanding of effective collaboration is based on the deep belief that it takes creatives as divergent thinkers and heterogeneous, interdisciplinary teams to create (sustainable) solutions towards desirable futures. Eye-level collaboration and iterative feedback loops are premises.
Throughout the last years we have been able to explore the transformative framework conditions for successful Cross Innovation processes in practice. During this breakout session, we will share, illustrate and discuss them with you.
